The fact , a complex system of communication that governs basic activities of cells and coordinates cell actions. The ability of cells to perceive and correctly respond to their microenvironment is the basis of development, tissue repair, and immunity as well as normal tissue homeostasis.

All depend on signals and pathways. Any factors affecting (interference) receptors and signaling, epigenetic factors, and all steps of virus entry, multiplication.. ,gene silencing , apoptosis and cell communication (cell signaling, Cross Talk) will lead to several reaction.

it is not a question of unknown answers, anyway.

I'm sure you knew its not answering directly ..but any changes will affect the complex system, sorry if its bother you, it was several example of changes
