you can do this. The XRD peaks (and their widths) of each composite are not affected due to the presence of another composite.
You can calculate this, provided that the reflexes corresponding to different phases are not overlapping.
You can select a appropriate peak for the phase that is not overlap with others. By applying the full width at half the maximum (FWHM) in radians of the X-ray diffraction peak and Braggs' angle(theta) that belongs to this phase peak, you can calculate crystalline size.
In addition to Hassan's answer: do not forget to subtract the contribution of the instrumental broadening from your peak width(s).
