How can I find the impact factor of ultrasound journals?
https://jcr.incites.thomsonreuters.com/JCRMasterSearchAction.action?pg=SEARCH&searchString=ultrasound
(a valid subscription may be required)
This will give you a list of journals and then you should click on a name of a journal to find its IF.
For example, ULTRASOUND IN OBSTETRICS & GYNECOLOGY now has IF of 4.710 and the same information can be found on its homepage
http://obgyn.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/hub/journal/10.1002/(ISSN)1469-0705/
upon clicking on the word About.
How could I create a valid subscription?
It is more common that your university rather than yourself as an individual subscribe to products like JCR, so you should probably discuss this with your librarians.
Major publishers (Elsevier, Springer, Wiley and quite a few others) often post journal impact factors at the web pages of the respective journals.
If the journal you choose is not from a major publisher, remember to check whether the journal or the publisher are genuine e.g. using the site
https://predatoryjournals.com/
which claims to build on the well-known Beall's list and expand it ( https://predatoryjournals.com/about/ ); see also the question
https://www.researchgate.net/post/A_new_site_listing_predatory_journals_What_do_you_think_of_it
There is also a related RG project https://www.researchgate.net/project/ETHICAL-AND-QUESTIONABLE-PRACTICES-IN-RESEARCH-AND-PUBLISHING
I agree with Prof Dr Artur Sergyeyev.
thanks all you
