Heyongmin Yu There is a few things that need to be considered while using gelatin. A high concentration of gelatin solution is highly viscous at room temperature. So it might be better to try different concentrations such as 5, 10 and 20wt%. If the concentration is not the problem then it might be better to mix the two solutions at a low temperature to prevent premature gelation. Hope this helps.
