Addition of redox catalyst system at the end of your polymerization will certainly help you reducing the free monomer content.

To extract the residual monomer, you can use the dialysis method with water. To speed up the process, it is desirable to change the water frequently.

Dear Dr. Abdelkader Rahmouni, the anionic polymerization of acrylamide leads to polyamide-3 known also as poly(beta-alanine) via a Hydrogen (proton) transfer polymerization which has a polypeptidic main chain and not a C-C main backbone as it is is conventional radical polymerization. Or this is a special case to maghnit catalyst. I am wondering because if it is the case the purification procedure is quiet different. My Regards

Dear Abdelkader Rahmouni, I have a great deal of study on the polymerization of acrylamide and also on the polymerization in confined/restricted geometry. If you have confirmed the C-C chain structure this means that you did not polymerized acrylamide by an anionic mechanism but you are in presence of a radiation (microwave) and/or thermal radical mechanism(s). pour moi je voie que le spectre HNMR ne confirme pas la structure du polyacrylamyde (seullement ce spectre dit que nous avons un tetramere).

- le pic (NH) sera toujour situee entre (5.2-4.8)ppm.

-le pic NH2 sera toujour situee entre (5.8-6.2)ppm.

-il ont mentioner que (NH) situe a 7.5 c'est vraiment douleureu.

2-ne faite jamais confiance a ces articles ,il faut etre consion au principe de la logique mathematique.

j'ai beaucoup travailler sur acrylamide soit (anionique ou cationique ou non ionique).

2-never trust these articles, we must be consion to the principle of mathematical logic.

Dear Abdelkader Rahmouni, a tetramer can not be considered as a polymer nor an oligomer. Also worth noting that when it is said anionic, cationic or neutral polyacrylamide, it with respect to the latéral charge, i.e. the charge nature of the amide side group, and not the mode of initiation. I am convinced basing on many proofs that neither the space nor the time allow me to tell about, that the anionic polymerization leads to Nylon-3.

2-only one that I trust HNMR interpretation is mohammed belbachir ?????????????? so told him that mister rahmouni said that the spectrum is wrong.
