I am developing a new natural fertilizer, I have compared with other commercial fertilizers and the compositions of most of these are pretty similar to mine, however, I would like to know how can I determinate the suggested application rates for a possible commercial purpose.
There is no alternative better than typical field experimentations, in a phase wise manner for commercial recommendations , since it go end users. Before, it is passed on for commercial use, we need to answer every possible ifs and buts associated with your developed organic fertilizer...Good luck...

As Dr.Anoop mentioned above you must conducted an typical experiment \or experiments on many species belong to different groups of plants (Annual,Perennials) using ascending concentrations of your fertilizer in order to reach the optimal recommended dosages for commerical purposes.
