I have tried it with BBr3 it didn't work, later I used AlCl3 with EtSH (as soft neucleophile) and DCM (as co-solvent) for 9hrs but results showed the decomposition of the compound and later the same method with decreased equv; (of acid) and after 2.5hrs the desired product was obtained with 5 units increased mass (945 rather than 940), I'm unable to analyse it and on TLC it shows many spots.

You wrote that you tried the said deprotection with AlCl3-EtSH, did you try with BF3-EtSH? or also you may try this deprotection with FeCl3-Ac2O (JOC, 1974, 39, 3728) or with TMSI (M. E. Jung and M. A. Lyster, Org. Synth. 59, 35, 1980). Best of luck in your Research carrier.............
