This looks straightforward. To estimate a parameter of the fitted model, fit the model to the simulated data, and the parameter can be estimated.

I talk about checking our model by simulation study. In simulation study I need to true value of parameter that is used to  generate data sets. I need to know  the rules of selection this true value of parameters.
