How could a beginner researcher starting their own journey in the scientific research?
How should this journey start? what are the recourses and tools needed? how to deal with the many ideas and thoughts? how to be specific?
I believe what most important is to know what or which felid inspires you. Try to find the field or topic which motivates you or of interest to you and then look for scientists who can guide you through a project or PhD

Your question has many answers, but I would suggest starting reading books like "Advice for a Young Investigator" by Santiago Ramón y Cajal that inspire you for the journey you are about to start.
