A 35 year male, presented with upper GI bleeding (Haematemesis). On further evaluation, he was found to have duodenal ulcer (during UGI Endoscopy) and sputum positive pulmonary tuberculosis with left upper lobe consolidation. Patient improved with conservative management with ATT and IV octreotide and PPI infusion. The coincidental occurrence of pulmonary tuberculosis and peptic ulcer although been described, is a rare phenomenon.
