Hello everyone, I am a master student of Industrial Chemistry and I am working on polymer fibers for my thesis project. I use TOPAS V6 for the analysis of the degree of cristallinity of my samples, but the XRD spectra of the fibers show also the signals of the holder. I would like to know if there is a way to subtract the scan of the holder from the sample's one, since I did not find a solution reading the user manual of the software.
