In the example of two particles A and B travelling towards each other, I would like to look at the velocity from two different perspectives: 1) grosser/macroscopic degrees of energy and 2) subtle/microscopic degrees of energy.

One would expect subtle degrees of energy to be highly entangled in comparison to grosser ones.

At the same time, I propose that if two particles are perfectly entangled, no separation can be established between the two, because the properties of A and B can no longer be described independently but only as a whole. Therefore we can conclude that the separation between particles depends upon the degrees of energy one is considering, grosser (usually less entangled) and subtle ones (more entangled).

You are incorrect. I stated that there is absolute velocity, absolute time, and a preferred reference frame. Absolute Velocity exist but that does not mean it can be detected at slow absolute velocities. At high absolute velocities it can (the highest absolute velocity is c and that is 45 degree Torsional Angle of the Fabric of space and it is the same for everyone).

So, you are incorrect in your statement. Within the 3D hypersurface most motion are non-relativistic and one cannot distinguish one reference frame from the other. Now, if there were two objects in close proximity and one of them were at the speed of light, they would be distinguishable. The reason is that forces are absolute-velocity dependent and forces would be anisotropic on the body traveling at relativistic velocity and not on the other.

Two particles is not the same as two bodies and thus your Gedanken Experiment is not good Gedanken - at least, not with referring to my theory.

If you are proposing an experiment, the first thing to do is to define what do you mean. Exactly, what are these degrees of energy you are speaking of. You have to define what is entangled? Entanglement is not a general property, it refers to something. Normally, it refers to Spin, just because it is not so easy to modify spin orientation - and normally it is light spin or light polarization - photons travel through space or vacuum with minimal perturbation - photons don't interact in vacuum. Other properties (e.g. vibronic coherences, electronic coherences) are easily dephased by collisions or interactions or any sort.

As I mentioned, absolute velocity will modify natural laws in an anisotropic manner. It will modify the response to thing that change motion (forces). So, electrostatic force would make graphite layers to peel off depending upon the orientation of the Graphite with respect to the motion.

The standard degree of freedom used in entanglement is spin. If you could orient molecules, traveling at relativistic velocities and probe spin couplings, they could be sensitive to the orientation of the molecule. I say could, because spin orientation change is not exactly the same as changing velocity.

The derivation I did referred specifically to velocity (acceleration decays with velocity, that is, the effect of interaction is smaller the higher the speed). So, I don't really thought about spin. My first impression is that it might be affected by absolute velocity. The issue is that even when you orient a molecule to be in a plane, you don't know its orientation within that plane...etc., etc.

If the entangle degrees of freedom where a vibronic or electronic coherence, then the coherence frequency would change (as if time dilated). That is the point, Einstein couldn't see the 4th dimension and because of that he kept Newtonian Dynamics and stuck the absolute velocity dependent upon time.
