How can we utilise LC-NMR in phytochemistry research?

We are in a situation, in which all common experiments to separate two close compounds have failed.

First of all separate your compound in you simple LC or HPLC. Develop a method then use same method on LC-NMR. This will help you to elucidate the structure of the so many unknown compounds that will difficult to isolate through simple column chromatography. In other words with LC-NMR, future of phytochemical research is bright, active and fast.
