You can use the solar energy at day and night (from storage) to drive any refrigerator to keep the fruits in a cold place. I'm afraid I don't understand the question.
You could also adopt SPV Power plant to generate the electricity for running the Cold storage. Power storage back-up will support for night time operations. But, you should work on economics.
This would depend very much on the proposed location and the local environmental and meteorological variations. What are the typical daily temperature profiles and how do they vary throughout the year? How hot does it get during the day? What are the typical night time temperatures? So you need to refridgerate at night? If so then a battery charged by solar panels is a possible solution. If it's just in the daylight hours that you require refridgeration then you can power a fridge directly from the panels - so long as you match up the electrical parameters and nominal ratings. There are alternatives but a solar-powered electrical fridge is probablly the simplest solution.
