hi Learned Dears. i am bit confused I have some large data collected through interview schedule using snowball sampling consisting on 3 open ended Questions. its About public perceptions regarding transgenders' sexuality. data is round about 200 participants. can anyone please guide me about appropriate Research methodology technique(s).. the problem confusing me is the sample size and unavailability of sampling frame.

from just what you have posted above, it is hard to suggest anything.
My immediate understanding is that you have snowball sampled 200 participants.
Correct?
If so, how did you go about this?
The question is incomplete. Are you asking;
(1). Which methodology should I use to analyse the current data for n=200.
or
(2). How can I continue to select additional respondents by snowball sampling, by using the previously used 3 filter questions.

When the picture is clear, then we may provide a reasonable response.
Qualitative Researches can also use snowball sampling to identify potential participants, besides snowball sampling technique has not any relation with sample size and sampling frame.. There are many situations in which it is not possible to generate an authentic sampling frame, specifically in Non-probability sampling.
You can continue with snowball technique as a sampling methodology.

You should not be having such a large sample size in qualitative research. The data overload will kill your study. Qualitative is 'deep' not 'broad' . Hence smaller sample but deeper questions.
