You can use fuzzy logic for the analysis of the degree of vibration in the structure.

You can use fuzzy logic to classify the vibration into several classes. This is an important information to the analysis.

I've employed neural networks in the past for vibration analysis, with displacement-velocity data at time 't0' as inputs and displacement-velocity data at time 't0+1' as outputs. In this way , you could predict the phase diagram of your system at any moment in time. Please see this publication:
