Please suggest a simulation framework to model an antenna along with the biasing network for the PIN diode used as switch.I am able to simulate only antenna. How to include the PIN diode and its biasing network also in the simulation.(Considering CST/HFSS/ADS tool chain)

Dear patil,
You just place small rectangular strips where you want to insert PIN diodes.
Select the strip.
Right click on it.
Go to assign boundary.
Then chose lumped RLC and declare value of "R" when switch is "ON" and declare value of "C" when switch is "OFF".
In case of switch ON it will have some resistance.
In case of switch OFF, it will have some capacitance and resistance.
The values of R and C depends upon the different PIN diodes. They are generally given in datasheets of particular PIN diode.

Avnesh , I got your point.That works fine. But If wanted to know the effects of biasing network on MSA ? I need to go beyond that model. Right ?
Hence, I wanted to simulate both biasing NETWORK and PIN diode (Spice model )together with Antenna.

You can use PIN diode by selecting a proper values of resistance and capacitance, just putting microstrip line as a transmission line. Make a transmission line model with distributed type network where capacitance acts as a switch in charging and discharging state, but make sure sometimes, high value of intensity converts it into photo diode and zener effect will start to work.
