I have performed MCR on IR data & obtained C & S profiles.

I would want to check the similarity between the obtained S profiles with that of pure spectra.

I plotted both of them on the same graph, since both of them are on different scale, (even though I used same pre-processing techniques for the IR data and pure spectra) I am not able to confirm that the S profiles are exactly matching with the pure spectra of compounds.

If there is any way to measure / if there is any parameter that tells us how much similar that the obtained spectral profiles are with pure spectra kindly let me know.
