Relating of your compound's molecular weight or differences of physical properties between your compound and Vitride, you can purify by separation on chromatography column.
Vitride is the same of Red-Al, is an alcoxy aluminium hydride. First, you need to hydrolise the excess of the hydride example, by cautionsly addition of iced water.
Is you product, organic? if yes, even when it is water soluble, it may be extracted from the aqueous reaction mixture with ethyl ether or ethyl acetate.
You can avoid the use of water by adding acetone or ethyl acetate to destroy excess hydride, followed by acetic acid, if necessary, to release your product from the aluminum. Filter through a short silica gel column, with whatever solvent is appropriate to the polarity of your product.
