It is possible to transform frames into a semantic network.
Each frame instance becomes a named vertex, each slot
becomes a named directed edge, and each slot value
will also be represented as a named vertex. The tough
part is to arrange the vertexes beautifully.

I fear you will need some kind of rendering engine,
like a CAD or architecture package.
Maybe the software that Google provides to
create 3d models for Google Earth would do the job.
But I have no experience with these products.

I suppose these softwares store their models as zipped
XML files. These could also be created by a custom
program that transforms frames to XML.
