Is there any similar expression to measure percentage of C-S-H in hardened cement paste like that in case of CH and CaCO3 by TGA.

I don't think its possible to quantify C-S-H by TGA, because the temperature zone where C-S-H dehydrates also corresponds to the dehydratino of other phases (gypsum, ettringite and AFm phases).

In addition to the above answers, even if you could deconvolute the TGA signal due to CSH from that due to AFm, Aft etc., because the stoichiometry of CSH is not fixed, particularly with regard to the water content, it would not be possible to generalise an expression that related mass loss to CSH content.
I also looking for answer to your question but as they said above I found difficulty to separate the mass loss of Ettringite , C-S-H and Afm, Aft from them.
