We are trying to study the optimal nutrition for mango cultivars under local conditions.

In most crops ,it is costumed to measure fruit load and constitutes, soil analyses and leaf mineral analysis.

However in Mango the leaves are located on the tree for up to three years, therefore in Israel it is seldom analyzed. How can we measure the content of nutrients in Mango leaves? by which procedure do select the leaves for analysis and are there standard values that can be applied?
