For controlled deterioration of seed RH must have fixed in 90-98%. Many researcher used KCl for this. Please suggest me what will the best appropriate method for that?
I suggest many papers in the Revista Brasileira de Sementes (Journal of Seed Science) where you can find methods about controlled deterioration of seeds. See also Powell and Mathews, 1981; 1984 and so on.
