You have to increase the collection time to get better XRD pattern. You can't use this XRD pattern for further analysis.

Hello!

The good way to analyze this XRD and to have a rough idea about phase and other parameters I'd suggest to carry out analysis using X'pert High-score software. It will give a rough idea about different parameters.

What type of sample are you using? Is it a polymer sample?

I feel you can take care of these points:

1. Fill your sample fully on the sample holder (Hump in pattern may be because of glassy sample holder).

2. Take scan in the range of two theta from 10 to 70 degree.

3. Record the data for longer time say 1 degree per minute.

Only then go for processing the obtained pattern for any analysis.
