Hello, I have watched a video on Youtube about using a method for getting the 3D coordinates of a 3D blade. The engineer used a sensor and touched the blades surface by it and it was transferred to solidworks....Any help to know this method?
There are a number of ways in which this can be done: 3D digitizers can rely on goniometry (articulated sensors that deduce the tip position by pure geometry), or they may use structured light, or other modalities.
Without seeing the video, it's hard to tell how it's done. Got a link?
