One possibility: pass solution on one side of appropriate membrane with vacuum on the other side. Volatile component diffuses / permeates through membrane to evaporate under vacuum.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I will likely try this way too. But I want a biomimetic method. Affording a vaccum inside won't be economical. Moreover, high speed flow (m/s in millidomain) will not diffuse accurately.

What about doing a flash evaporation of volatile component using a mini throttler. Please describe the complexities involved. Attach articles if need to.
