Sadly, it is valid only for solid particles. Yet there is a connection between wet and dry packing densities according to http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/j.1151-2916.2001.tb00690.x/abstract . And speaking about full texts - you can always try #canihaspdf on Twitter.
