I am trying to explain why there is a demixion (instability) in a lipid formulation (oil + surfactants) after 6 months of storage at 25°C.
In the other hand, stability was obtained with some specific proportions of the same excipients, (the mixture was still homogeneous and isocratic).
Please note that the formulations does not contain Water.
