To say something about the magnetic character of the sample directly you should measure magnetic properties and not the dielectric properties. You can get probably some indirect information about the magnetic character if there exists strong coupling between the spin and lattice or if your substace is multiferroic. But anything you say about magnetism from dielectric measurements will not be direct and will probably be wrong.

Actually i have done dc magnetization mesurements and analysis(XRD,VSM-LT,RT,HT) and mossbauer, done some dielectric studies too, i have to couple both studies .

Dear Sijo, if you have carried out VSM study, Mossbauer and XRD alongwith the dielectric measurements,then what is your problem? From VSM/ Mossbauer you can deduct about nature of magnetic materials.
