Academic management system can be evaluated based on the some relevant parameters like.
1. Faculty Student Ratio
2.Publication per faculty per year
3. Project grants received per faculty per year
4. High level of students satisfaction
5. Facility available in the univerity for faculty and students
Every management system requires the establishment of policy and objectives. Evaluation has to be done as per the achievements towards these.
The seven classical tools are of course available along with the advanced tools but one must know where and how to apply each.
But one has to decide which one to use and when.
