I want to make a polymer film by using polyurethane diol solution mixed with carbon dots. But the issue is that, even when I dry it at 60 degrees, it does not transform into polymer films. Carbon dot is completely dissolve in the polyurethane diol solution.
If you have access to a vacuum oven, I would suggest applying a vacuum while gradually increasing the temperature until the water starts to evaporate out. Although I don't have specific information about the vapor pressure of the polyurethane diol, you can refer to various charts that illustrate the relationship between the boiling point of water and the applied vacuum (such as temperature versus mm Hg) to get an idea of how the process might work.

Use vacuum oven at boiling point of solvent. Using Nomogram (Pressure/vacuum-Temperature) find the value of B.P. of the solvent at particular vacuum.
