We have functionalized MWCNTs by H2O2 and washed with DI water and then poured them on paper filter. For drying wet MWCNTs, we have used an oven with 80 oC. However, we saw big and hard agglomeration after several hours and we could not achieve powder MWCNT like basic form.
How can we do it better to form powder after drying...?
Is there any better method for drying MWCNT...?

you would try freeze drying under vacum I used it in my research and prevented the agglomeration of ferrite nanoparticles
room temperature drying by vacuum ...Ifreezing may cause other issues.
Remember to use air ballast on the vacuum pump to extend the pump oil life
If your application is not dry powder you should think on alternatives like step-wise solvent exchange.
How did you functionalize your MWCNTs with H2O2 if I may ask,

1.5 gr of MWCNTs were mixed with 500 mL of 35% H2O2 at room temperature for
90 min. Subsequently, the solution was filtered and washed twice with distilled water to remove any H2O2 and then dried in an oven at 80 °C for 12 hours.
Was it a vacuum filtration and a vacuum oven?

Only chance to avoid agglomeration during drying is to have them individually, i.e. by drying very dilute suspension to keep them apart.
I am facing the same problem. May I ask you what you did ? and how you fixed this ?
Did you have tried to dry using a combination of vacuum evaporator and freeze-drying? The first technique concentrates the medium and the second one finishes the drying. I think can works.
