How can we determine the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency from temperature dependent dielectic constant data?

According to the literature, the general formula for TCF is -((T(epsilon)/2)+10) and T(epsilon) = T(epsilon at High temp) - T(epsilon at lower temp)/(epsilon(lower temp)* diff of temp)

After applying this formula, do we multiply the answer with 1000000.
