We wish to deposit a surface of a closed microchannel with microparticles (polystyrene) in such a way that it deposits there but do not bind. We will dry the channel post the deposition process. Our channel surface already has proteins attached, so we cannot use any methods which are harsh.
We know one method is by depositing nanodrops, but it is a very tedious process. Any other method that anyone may have used or seen someone use would be highly appreciated.
