How can we coat inner surface of hollowfiber in a small diameter?

I want to coat inner surface of PLLA hollowfiber using chitosan. the diameter of hollowfiber around 3mm. if I just let it flow and dry it up, I'm affraid that the coating will be uneven and block the hollowfiber.
