How can we calculate the Discharge time (Td) from the charge discharge cycle analysis?
How can we calculate the specific capacitance from the charge discharge cycle analysis?
For CV analysis i have taken the working electrode as in the dimension of (1x1 cm2) i did not measure the mass of the working electrode material, then how can i calculate the specific capacitance?
In that specific capacitance calculation formula, mass (m) is replaced by the area, is it correct or not? because i did not measure mass of the working electrode
while we are taken as area (1x1 cm2) for that it is, how can we call it as either areal capacitance or specific capacitance?
I have some major confusions in this regards, please can any one explain it.
specific capacitance can be calculated wrt to mass and area both. you just have to mention it as such and compare with relevant literature. if you use mass then it will be gravimetric capacitance and in case of area, it will be area capacitance. and youcan easily convert one to another if you know mass and area both.
