we need to find coupling capacitance between two DGS while writing its equivalent circuit model of complete microwave circuit containing array of DGS. A single DGS is represented by parallel LC resonant circuit . So in-order to write lumped element equivalent circuit of aaray of DGS we need to write corresponding array of parallel LC circuit along with coupling capacitor placed in-between the LC resonator. wel known formula for LC resonator L = 5Fc/(3.14(F0^2-Fc^2)) and C = 250/C(3.14*F0)^2. Can any one guide me to find coupling capacitor between two DGS.
