How can we calculate the bulk plasmon frequency of an alloy material?

The bulk plasma frequency is calculated by a formula involving effective mass, dielectric constant in free space.

There is a paper "A review of the optical properties of alloys and intermetallics for plasmonics" in which they have mentioned some of composition for which the plasma frequency were determined.

But I have found no where the values.

How can I calculate the bulk plasma frequency depending on alloy composition?
