Kindly let me know any procedure which can be followed to conjugate chitosan polymer with glycyrrhetinic acid. I have gone through some papers which have stated that we can do the same with the help of NHS and EDC. But the exact steps, quantity and procedure is not clear.Also I will not be getting much instrumentation facility. So any idea about easy steps for conjugation will be really helpful.
