I have been trying to calculate residual dipolar coupling from MD simulation using PALES. I downloaded the LINUX version from http://www3.mpibpc.mpg.de/groups/zweckstetter/_links/software_pales.htm and following the direction posted there but I can not obtain any RDC prediction. Could someone who used this program before kindly help me figure it out?
