Hello dear all,
To calculate clinically significant changes (RC) in experimental study according to the formula from Jacobson and Truax (1991), what numbers should be placed for the all group members (not an individual) instead of x in the formula?
Do another round of survey at the same controled respondents. Compare the result.
Normally there was an intervention took place to the environment that cause the changes.
This is what they called "intervention effect" for before and after scenario.
Instead of checking only the mRNA level, I want to check the active protein level of MMP-1 in Liver tissue from mice. How can I do that?
