Often times we face some root problem based on this situation because developing countries, like Indonesia still have a big gap and several lacks based on social, economic, cultural, and others. This needs to be solved based on win win solution approach and fairness.

Social background means that they came from a indigenous people and society and often has no background of formal education.
Lack of economics means that indigenous people often use the resources just for their days food and they just earned lack of income, meanwhile they should against some industrial users with unlimited budget to exploit the resources.
