How can we assess the quantity of soil dust on the field?

What is the size of soil particles (in France) that fly with the wind or the passage of motocross, forming dust? How can we assess the quantity of these particles (is a PM10 sensor sufficient)? Thank you

Hi,

The PM10 sensor seems ok for the job. TI has provided in depth characterization for the sensor. For an added accuracy and precision one can always go with their own calibration of the sensor based on some controlled particulate matter suspension in air!!!
