Some of my students are dealing with Financial Literacy, Quality of Life, DASS-21 and CES-D. I have seen that most papers present descriptive, basic comparison, correlation, GEE and SEM.
Focusing on implementation of survey response scale (4/5/7/10 Likert), what tool would you recommend for the analysis ? (statistical data analysis, machine learning, optimisation, metaheuristic, etc.)

This is a rather pointless reply from ChatGPT or its equivalent. Why are you taking credit for it?Regardless of what the AI says, I think you should look at the kind of analyses that are used most often in your field and match that. If you can't find anything, then I would recommend a statistical analysis using SEM because you have so many scale variables.
