The error is already telling you what the problem is, that is there are no such files in the directory where you are running the commands.

Dear Larwubah Kollie ,the files you downloaded from the Tutorial (http://www.mdtutorials.com/gmx/lysozyme/Files/ions.mdp) is of ".txt" extension, but the command needs a file of ".mdp" extension. So, MODIFY the extension to "ions.mdp".
