How can the refractive index of poly crystalline material be determined from Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy data?

I have recorded the DRS in reflectance mode which gives plot of reflectance versus wavelength. The Instrument can convert the reflectance spectra to absorbance spectra which gives plot of absorbance versus wavelength. My query is how to calculate refractive index from this data. Is this data sufficient for calculating refractive index by any method?
