The situation when the patient having a severe pathology such as malignancy is administered to get a diagnostic CT procedure, but it is impossible to carry it out for any reason. The problem is that in real life we cannot simulate such a situation, since we have to save the patient's life. Thus, we do not have the necessary comparison group in order to conclude how dangerous the lack of diagnostic CT is in terms of shortening the patient's life compared to those who underwent diagnoistic CT.
