How can one determine the lifetime of a compound if quantum yield is known?

I determined the quantum yield of my compound from fluorescence instrument. So can i determine the total lifetime of my compound from this data?

You can use the following equations.

QY= τave ˟ Kr

Where τave = 1/ Kr + Knr

Here τave, Kr, and Knr are average lifetime, radiative constant and non-radiative constant, respectively.
