The current development of continuous medical education (CME, computer assisted or not) has yet to fit into daily clinical routines of medical professionals. If we just talk about medical diagnosis (anamnesis, history taking), what can be advantages or disadvantages of training concepts based on or assisted by software?

In my point of view this could improve accessibility of training materials (using data of real or virtual patients), especially if provided in an Intranet. Your views?
