In the case where we need to validate measurements of a sensor but we don't have a reference sensor, how can we validate these measurements without references ?
Before measurement one supposed to get expected sensor performance from simulation tool. Then need to setup appropriate measurement setup. This is how supposed to match the results! @PepitoPayat

Weather sensor is used to sense which parameter!. It's about an objectives.
By comparison with closest materials in properties and parameters what I need to measure !
There are standard regarding many the measurements, if there is not your validate it againt the mathematical calculation.
Hi Dr Pepito Payet . Using certain materials with certain specifications that give certain measured property . Then the sensor should calibrated (modified) according to this certain measured property .
If you give more details about the magnitude (temperature, pressure, distance) you want to measure can help you find a better solution.
That is not possible. Validation is comparing what is simulated against what was measured. Therefore you cannot validate what you did not measure.
